Loathing

LINE OF ACTION: The neat thing about loathing is it is a really simple and identifiable expression. Loathing is when disgust is starting to turn into anger and it mixes the two emotions - disgust with anger. It takes just a little snarl in the lip and nose and mixes it with the stern eyebrow. The amount of loathing will push anger and disgust further into the expression. Sometimes, subtext is added when the character is trying to hide the fact that they detest what they see.

DEFINITION: Great dislike; abhorrence. Hate coupled with disgust. Sense of revulsion, distaste, detestation, extreme hatred or dislike. Extreme disgust; a feeling of aversion, nausea, abhorrence, or detestation.
